Photographer for over 12 years, living in Paris, the most fascinating images are those that express the vision of a photographer and communicate an emotion, they tell a story... mine. Artistic director for major Parisian agencies, I decided to develop my passion for photography and chose it as my major art.

RC. How did photography become your profession or passion ?

Photography is above all a passion before becoming my profession. I've always practise an art activity. For more than 20 years, I have been creative for Parisian agencies (communication, design, packaging, web). I used to process my clients' photos until I wanted to create mine. I started with a Canon 450D. At first, I did a lot of collaborations to learn photography and the profession. Then, over time, I had more and more requests for books or brands. One day, I risked leaving my position as artistic director to become a full-time photographer and live out my passion. This has been the case for the past few years.

RC. What are your inspirations and how do your creative ideas come about ?

My inspirations are everywhere, colors, textures, music, emotions, etc...I get inspiration from great photographers like Peter lindbergh, Marc Lagrange, Russell James, Vincent Peters, Patrick Demarchelier, Helmut Newton, ... but also on social networks. For creative ideas, I trust my instinct and prepare my projects with methodology (moodboard stylism, make up, hairstyle, model profiles, etc...). I try to adapt my style according to the demands of my clients.

RC. What's your favorite project ? do you have any anecdotes about this shooting ?

That's a difficult question... I carried out a lot of projects and had a lot of fun. I would say, for example, my series with the horse "Hazard" which was fully made as a calligraphy, the shooting I made for the channel "Fashion TV" with many creators, shootings on the beaches of the Dominican Republic or Turkey for brands of luxury bathing suits. I also like to create "beauty" sessions for jewelry or cosmetic brands.

RC. What is your favorite brand ( partner ) or material ?

I have been working essentially with the "Sony" brand for a few years, whether it be for the cameras (A7R3) or lenses (55mm 1.8, 85 1.4, etc...). For the lights, I mainly work with the Profoto brand.

RC. Do you have a technical tip to share ?

Photography is a passionate profession. You have to be on the lookout for technical and technological developments. I also like to watch tutorials to perfect my workflow in terms of post production. For tips, I invite you to participate in my training, you will find a lot :)

RC. Do you have any plans to come ? exhibitions / Shootings ?

I have just finished a series of visuals for different creators as Zaady, Caroline Bouvier et Fake Love Swimwear (photos are coming very soon), and for the winners of TOP MODEL EUROPE.
My return is mainly with shots for well-known hair brands as Swartzkopf, Loreal, Wella, Furterer, Rodolphe&CO... I am also preparing new "retouching - post production" training and video projects.
